Oh the melodrama. This one had that looking through a purple gauzy veil feel. The hero practically sighed and wrung his hands. He was so sad and therefore couldn't possibly make a life with the heroine. Until he knocks her up that is. She manages to fix him eventually and all is well. Thank goodness. Not a bad read for what it is. I've read many worse. But this one feels like something a 15 year old would just love. :-)

Abigail has lived her life without ever experiencing life. As a child piano prodigy, all her time was devoted to the piano, but as she got older, she knew something was missing. Finally meeting Luc, she began to experience the life she could have, but he disappeared without her knowing his full name, and before reaching final fulfillment of her desires.Jean-Luc already had the death of his wife on his hands, he did not feel he had anything left to give. Finding Abby, and beginning to feel again [...]

This story was good but timing of the chapters could have been better. It was so long winded, a lot waffling going on. It didn't start picking up until half way through book. Even tho I like the story itself and the HEA. Part of me feels this could have been a lot shorter book and still be good with all the waffling out of it.

Hero and heroine met, had an affair, heroine got pregnant, hero went back home. Upon seeing a photo of the heroine pregnant in the paper, the hero flew to bring her and his baby back to his home. The hero had a lot of things in his past he needed to work out and the heroine was tired of the secrets and lies. Decent read, nothing stick out completely for me to make this book seem like one of a kind but I did enjoy reading it.
